In order to add structure to this group (and probably a bit of lameness), I'm imposing the following rule, partially because I'm a tight ass:

1) When someone joins this group, they get 1 CD before they have to send out their own.

This simple rule should make the group more active, or at least weed out the lazy ones.

I'm sending out a CD in a few weeks, and Tiff and Blade will be the only ones receiving it. Tiff because she's sent a CD already, and Blade because he's joined, and hasn't proven himself to be a lazy ass yet.
